this actually looks like something I could do. I’ve been curious about making pho before, but it always looked too complicated for me (and there’s a terrific pho place near my house, so it’s kind associated with like “Why bother? ”). However, this recipe doesn’t seem that complicated, and yay! I can put my crockpot to function. Jacqualine Croteau
